We care about your personal data. This Privacy Policy is meant to help you understand what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can update, manage, export, and delete your information.

Use of Personal Data

We do not sell or rent your personal data to marketers or unaffiliated third parties. We only share some of your personal data with trusted entities if it's absolutely necessary, as outlined below.

Registration

  • We collect email addresses for the account system. Every account is unique due to the uniqueness of the email address, which is used to identify you as a user, log you in, notify you, connect you with your collaborators.
  • We collect names in order to make the interaction between you and your collaborators easier.
  • We collect IP addresses in order to detect the misuse of the system, combat abuse, and for logging purposes.

  • Subscription

  • For billing purposes we collect the payee and organisation's first name, last name, address, postal code, city and country.

  • Integrations

    Figma

    When you import Figma designs into Glazed, we store the file URL and its svg contents in order to be able to display the files and use our services.

    Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake

  • Connection to your cloud provider is used to query and display event and screen information for QA and analytics purposes only.
  • We store the 'first seen' date of every event in Glazed in order to avoid unnecessary costs on your side.
  • All other event-related information is only cashed for 24 hours.
  • When connecting Glazed to your cloud provider, you are responsible to follow our set-up guides in order to give us read access to the table(s) containing your frontend event data only. These tables should under no circumstance contain any personal or sensitive information of any kind.

  • Slack

    When you connect Glazed to Slack, we do not collect any personal data, the information only goes one way, from Glazed to your chat client.

    Data Storage

    The processing starts when you create an account and ends when you delete it or ask us to remove the data.

    Data Storage Location

    All the data is stored in data centres in EU countries for optimal security and performance. The only personal data that leaves the EU is the name and email we send to our payment processor, Stripe, which is located in the US. All other third party services are located within the EU.

    Your Rights

    In accordance with Regulation (EU) (2016/679) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (the General Data Protection Regulation) you have at any given time the right to:
  • Access and Export your data. You can contact us at [email protected] and ask for a copy of your personal data.
  • Update your data. You can access your account and update any of your data. All your personal data is viewable and editable in your account.
  • Delete your data ("The right to be forgotten") or Object processing. You can achieve that by deleting your account. We do not keep your personal information after your account is deleted. Complete deletion might take up to thirty (30) days upon request.

    We make every effort to keep the information on our website current, but accept no liability whatsoever for the content provided. Pursuant to §7 par. 1 of TMG (German Tele-Media Act), the law limits our responsibility as a service provider to our own content on these site. According to §§8 to 10 of TMG, we are not obligated to monitor third party information provided or stored on our website. However, we shall promptly remove any content upon becoming aware that it violates the law. Our liability in such an instance shall commence at the time we become aware of the respective violation.
